Everything is made to order in our Northamptonshire workshop. Standard orders dispatch within 2 weeks, custom binding and embroidery up to 3 weeks.

Standard delivery £8.95. Free on orders over £150.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man £19.95.

International

Europe, USA, Canada and over 40 other countries. Rates from £30 to £150 depending on destination and order size, calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery. Country not listed? Get in touch for a quote.

Returns

Unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Exception: Customised products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your size and colours carefully.

Guarantee

Two years against faults in materials and workmanship. Send us your order number and a photo and we will repair or replace.
