Returns & Exchanges
Below your will find all the information about our returns and exchanges policy.

Please note: Customised products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see more information below.
1. The item is not customised in any way (embroidery, custom binding, made to measure). Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. The item is free from any marks and the tags are still attached.
3. The item was not purchased longer than 30 days ago.
4. The product can be returned in line with our returns and exchanges policy.
5. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, however if exchanging, we will re-ship free of charge.
6. Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a note with your order number and name.
7. If you are returning from the EU, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. Please add a comment to the outside of your parcel before returning that states 'Taxes and Duties are paid'.
8. Items must have been purchased from thermatex.co.uk. If you have purchased your item from one of our stockists, please contact them.
- The product is not customised or personalised. These are made to order and non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
- Items purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving a return.
- Return costs are non-refundable.
- Racesafe are not responsible for any returned items until they reach our warehouse.
- We recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate gift voucher section.
- If you are returning Internationally, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning an item that qualified for a free gift, please also return the free gift. If you choose to keep it, Contact Us and we will process a separate order.
